Undertaking
Katrīna has gained considerable experience in entrepreneurship and she uses her knowledge when working with managers and business organisations. She has founded and managed two successful personnel management consulting companies, as well as she has been a board member of an international personnel selection company.
Education
Katrīna has acquired a master’s degree in organisational psychology and a master’s degree in philosophy – both from the University of Latvia. She has finished countless courses and study programmes in coaching, she has also studied in London under Miles Downey, who is perceived as one of the most influential coaches in the United Kingdom. Katrīna has finished a four-year study course in cognitive behavioural therapy, studied schema therapy, systemic arrangements, basis of neuroscience and team coaching. She has acquired the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level, which attests at least 750 hours of coaching session practice and compliance with professional standards set by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Other activities
Katrīna is an active member of several public organisations: she has actively participated in the board of the Latvian Association for Personnel Management (LPVA), she is a board member of the Latvian Association for Personnel Recruitment and International Coach Federation Latvia. From 2015 to 2017 Katrīna was the president of ICF Latvia.
